How TO USE Gold Treat EscroW?

GOLD TREATS Escrow ENSURE secure transaction between parties TO A TRANSACTION. funds are held sECURELY until the agreed-

1. Accept Terms & Conditions: Accept the terms & Conditions for use of our escrow.
2. Upload Evidence of Transaction or Source documents (e.g Invoice): Proceed to upload the transaction source documents (such as invoices, contracts, etc) or write clearly the terms of the transaction (include the price and salient terms of the trade such as delivery conditions, and slated transaction milestones).
3. Generate Token for the Seller/Vendor/Supplier/Merchant: Buyer generates token and shares with the vendor/seller. An autogenerated notification is sent to the other party (vendor or seller) who acknowledged/ agree to the outlined terms and conditions of the transaction. He/she validates the amount/contract price, details of the sender and other terms of the contract.
4. Set up the Escrow Account:: The buyer or seller (or both) can create or provide an escrow account (NUBAN or wallet) on the escrow platform.
5. Deposit Fund:: The buyer deposits the agreed amount into the escrow account. This amount is held securely by the escrow service.
6. Verification:: The Platform confirms/validates the deposit. Automatically the account activates.
7. Confirmation Notification / Alert:: Confirmation notification is sent to both parties that the escrow account is funded and transaction can proceed.
8. Parties Confirms Performance:: Parties confirm fulfillment of conditions and exchange password or token within the agreed period documented
9. Communication:: Where the buyer is satisfied with the services of the Seller, he releases the password, which automatically notifies/prompts the escrow service to release the funds. IF AGGRIEVED/NOT SATISFIED, any party can raise a dispute on the Gold Treat App for our Legal representatives to resolve
10. Confirmation / Satisfaction:: Once the Customer / Buyer receives the goods and he/she is satisfied with their purchase he/she can send the password to the vendor, allowing the vendor to take the money.

Dispute Resolution (WHERE Necessary)

Raising a Dispute:: Should the parties to the transaction be aggrieved or unhappy with the delivered goods or services, anyone can raise a dispute within Gold Treats escrow.
Mediation:: Gold Treats escrow is equipped with legal module which is activated upon dispute request initiation to mediate on behalf of the parties to the transaction, resolves the issue raised based on the availed transact trail or evidence and in line with the agreed escrow terms and conditions. (N/B: The decision of the Gold treat escrow legal is final and binding on all). Where the vendor does not receive the password to claim their money within 24hours of agreed contract timeline, we advise the vendor to escalate by clicking the dispute resolution option. Also, in the event that the customer/buyer does not receive his/her order, any party can contact dispute resolution within 24 hours by clicking the dispute resolution button. Our legal & Dispute resolution representative will respond within the hour or at most, three business days to remediate the situation and pass judgement.
